Booking terms (draft)

These terms are a draft

They haven’t been signed off or reviewed by a lawyer yet, and no real bookings are taken until they are.
  1. You're booking a stay at a property run by a member business. Coorg Hotels & Resorts takes the booking and your payment on their behalf.
  2. Your booking is confirmed only when your payment is confirmed. If you don't finish paying within 15 minutes, the room is released.
  3. Cancellation follows the property's policy, shown before you pay. Refunds go back to the way you paid and can take several working days to arrive after they're processed.
  4. If the property cancels your booking, you get a full refund.
  5. We share your name, phone number, the number of guests and any requests with the property, so they can host you.
  6. The GST shown is an estimate until the platform's tax treatment is confirmed.
